Most people agree that our surroundings have a profound influence on our physical, emotional and mental well-being.
Whether at work or at home, the stress of daily life is overwhelming at times. Now, more than ever, we need to create a sanctuary for ourselves that helps us find a still point at the center of our chaotic lives.
As an art consultant for over thirty years, I have witnessed first-hand, how viewing positive, uplifting artwork can provide a calming, soothing influence, especially when we're extremely stressed. With this in mind, I have created the Still Point Gallery.
The photographers presented in these pages have an extraordinary ability to capture the eternal in the everyday.Their beautiful, contemplative images connect us with the rhythms of the natural world, and celebrate our humanity and diversity. They offer the viewer a perfect point of focus to renew mind, body and spirit.
I hope these photographs help you create your own special sanctuary and bring a gift of serenity and peace to your day.
